Stress

This year is my 3rd year of my degree course. I feel very stress in my lifetime now. I feel homesick, I miss my parents, but I can't back...because I had a lot of homeworks need to do. When I miss my parents, I just can give a call to them and chating with them.

Last tuesday, my thesis title was came out. I get my first choice of the title which is "weight status, body image perception and physical activity of academic staff in UCSI", who is under Ms. Shashikala. This is a survey project. After meet with my supervisor, I feel more stress than before, because she wants me find the information within one week. Oh my god! Well, I still need to find out and try to understand what the information that I get. After thesis A then will continue with B then a lot of assignment and bla bla bla~~~many many and many things to think to take care~haiz... All in all, I think i have no any shopping, watch movie, playing in this semester. Stresssssssssssssssssss.............................

Sometimes, I think i need some ideas to release my stress....Just like,crying out in few minutes, drawing for some creative cards,  cooking a delicious meal, and I will cleaning up my room. I think those ways can let me relax a bit...

At last, I want complete my course as fast as I can...I don't stress any more....I gonna back home.....

Korean Kim Chi

Recently, I had falling in love with Korean Kim Chi. Kim Chi is the traditional food of Korean. They like to eat it with different cooking style as their 3 meals. Kim Chi is not just a food, it is giving many benefits to our body health. It can help in digestive system and nive to eat. 

The following is the resipe of making Kim Chi. I had try it in my home and the taste is no bad. You all can try it out in home.

Ingredients:
1                            Large chinese cabbage
1 / 2                       sea salt
1/2 teaspoon           pepper
5                           Spring onions, finely chopped
2 cloves                 Garlic, finely choped
5cm                       Fresh ginger, grated
3 teaspoons           Chopped fresh chilli
1 tablespoon          Caster sugar
2 1/2                     Cold water
 
Method:

1. Cut the cabbage in half, then into large bite-sized pieces.
2. Place a layer of cabbage in a large bowl and sprinkle with a little salt. Continue with layers of cabbage and salt, finishing with a salt layer.
3. Cover with a dinner plate that will fit as snugly as possible over the top of the cabbage.
4. Weigh down the plate with cans or a small brick and leave the bowl in a cool place for 5 days.
5. Remove the weights and plate, pour off any liquid, then rinse the cabbage well under cold running water.
6. Squeeze out any excess water and combine the cabbage with the cayenne pepper, spring onion, garlic, ginger, chili and sugar.
7. Mix well to combine before spooning the cabbage into a large sterilized jar.
8. Pour the water over the top and seal with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 days before eating.

Memories~

Still remember, we had create a new product in food fair 2009 at UCSI.. Our product was "Chicken Pumpkin Ball". Because of it, we had won in third prize in the competition. This product had highest nutrition because pumpkin is highest vitamin c and  antioxidant. It may not affect to our body health.

Last time, we had trying so much time on this product. I still remember we waste a lot of time to try, to cook a delicious chicken pumpkin ball. Not only that, we need to decorate our stall and create some promotion of our product to consumers. That time was very hard but happy.

The price for one set of chicken pumkin ball was RM3.00. Many people like to taste our new product. So, we had sold out all the product in short time. We feel happy too...

The procedure to make chicken pumpkin ball:

1. Blended the chicken become minced meat.
2. Mixing the chicken with large amount of garlic and onion in a big pan.
3. Then, adding an egg, and small amount of sesame oil, corn flour, soya sauce, salt, sugar and pepper.
4. To store the meat dough for a day in refrigerator.
5. Next, cutting the pumpkin in small slices and steam it untill the flesh is soft.
6. At the end, pack the pumpkin flesh inside the minced meat into a ball shape.
7. After it,  deep frying the chicken pumpkin ball at 180 celcius. 
8. Keep the chicken pumpkin ball at warm temperature before to string with "satay" branch.(See the picture below.)

Even we getting very tired of that day, but we feel happy to get this nice experience. I will not forget it!

Last weekend, I went to cinema at Mid Valley to watch IP man 2 with my friend. This was a great movie. I like it so much. According to the movie, I know the history of "Yong Chun" boxing.The main character in the movie-"Ye Wen"(Donnie Yen), who was the master in "Yong Chun" boxing. Donnie Yen was a very good actor and expert in Kung Fu.

And, I  know Bruce Lee was learned the "Yong Chun" boxing since he was 16 years old with the master. He was became very famous of his boxing style. Now, we all also know who he is.

Actually, this movie was quite interesting to me. That can make me to differentiate this Chinese boxing with Western boxing.  At the end of the movie, the "Yong Chun" boxing was won at a fair boxing competition. They were proud to be a Chinese man. It just not only a boxing competition, and was a spirit of a China man in the movie.

 

Old Master Q ------Lao Fu Zhi

When i still young, "lao fu zi" was my favourite comic....

Till now, i still love it...

The comic strips range from simple gags told over a few wordless panels, to full stories told over several pages. There is no main storyline. Each strip is pretty much a self contained joke or story. Sometimes the jokes rely purely on the comic appearance of the three main characters but often they are satirical too and refer to certain Hong Kong attitudes (e.g the constant mockery of Chinese people who try to look 'western' - typically portrayed as pouting, flared suit-wearing poncey idiots).

I've tried to think of a simple phrase that sums up 'Lo Fu Zi'. The best I can come up with is 'life makes fools of us all.' Everytime i reading, my mood will get better of the funny story...

It was because my elder sister was borned her cute daughther(my niece) with 3.54kg at the night of the day.

She has a pair of big eyes, thick hair, small mouth and was a healthy baby...

Today, she has already stays 65 days in this world. Hope my niece grow up in healthy and happy life...

Loving movie

Puppy Love...

A local movie which is a touching puppy love story. After watching, I cry....Cry
for their love ..for their action...their sacrifice..

A love story happened when teenager at a village. No any high-technology games materials, they just enjoy a village life style. Also, with this story, I memorised back my youngest life and my secondary school life. Playing guli, the pattern to drink hot milo, and that school uniform....

In conclusion, this was a very culture and local movie.
